Agile for Impact is built on a different model of consulting.

I don’t fundraise for capital or nonprofit dollars — I make deals, structure partnerships, and design new revenue models that stick. My role is to help you generate sustainable income, strengthen partnerships, and streamline operations, staying through implementation until the work is stable enough to sustain in-house.

My Approach

  • Creative, Not Cookie-Cutter – Every engagement starts with understanding your strengths, gaps, and opportunities. I design solutions tailored to your organization.

  • Partnership, Not Advice – I don’t deliver binders or reports. I work with you to build and test new models until they’re ready to scale.

  • Execution, Not Fundraising – I don’t solicit donations or run capital campaigns. Instead, I identify and execute opportunities that generate revenue, save costs, and increase resilience.

Fee Structure

My fee structure is simple and aligned with outcomes.

Revenue Diversification

I charge a modest monthly fee to ensure leaders stay engaged and invested in the process. For any new revenue streams created, I take a time-bound share of returns until the stream is stable and generating consistent income. This model keeps upfront costs manageable while aligning us around long-term success.

partnership facilitation

I charge a modest monthly fee to ensure organizations stay engaged in building and testing partnerships. For any partnership I broker that leads to direct revenue or measurable cost savings, I take a partnership fee tied to that value. This ensures we’re both invested in creating collaborations that deliver results.

Smart operations

For operational efficiency projects, I use a project-based fee with clear deliverables. This covers assessment, redesign, implementation support, and transition — so you know the scope and cost up front.

This model ensures shared investment and shared success. You’re not paying for hours — you’re paying for results. The structure gives you predictable costs, keeps me invested in outcomes, and ensures every project leaves your organization stronger, more resilient, and better positioned for growth.
